Refund policy

PureLayer products are made to order and produced in small batches. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at hello.purelayer@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos where applicable. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or normal variations in colour or surface finish resulting from the manufacturing process.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only where an order is confirmed to be damaged, lost in transit, or otherwise unresolved after review. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Assessment
All delivery and refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with our published policies.
