Return & Refund Policy

PureLayer products are made to order and produced in small batches. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@thepurelayer.com, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, Faulty or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@thepurelayer.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost parcels). Please include your order number and photographs where applicable.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Personalised or custom-made products (if applicable)
• Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
• Normal cosmetic variations in colour, texture, layer lines, or surface finish resulting from the 3D printing process
• Damage caused through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, faulty, lost in transit, or otherwise covered by this policy, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an item being faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Assessment

All delivery issues, replacement requests, and refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy and any applicable consumer protection laws.
