Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of made-to-order and small-batch manufacturing, minor variations in colour, finish, or surface texture may occur and are not considered defects.

Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse of the site.

Made-to-Order Items
Many PureLayer products are made to order. Processing times are stated on individual product listings and may vary depending on product type and fulfilment location.

Shipping
Shipping terms, fulfilment locations, and delivery expectations are outlined in our Shipping Policy. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Issues
Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit. Any delivery issues are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with our published policies.
