Products

We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of made-to-order and small-batch manufacturing, minor variations in colour, finish, layer lines, or surface texture may occur and are not considered defects.

Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where there are pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Made-to-Order Products

Many PureLayer products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on the product, production demand, and fulfilment location.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Returns & Issues

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. If an item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Product Use

PureLayer products are designed for plant care, propagation, gardening, and hydroponic applications.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are not certified for food contact. Customers are responsible for using products safely, appropriately, and in accordance with their intended purpose.
