All PureLayer products are made to order and carefully prepared before dispatch.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the product, colour, production demand, and fulfilment location.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the selected shipping carrier and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and fulfilment location.

Fulfilment

PureLayer fulfils orders from carefully selected production locations to provide the most efficient delivery for each destination. The fulfilment location may vary depending on the product and shipping destination.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost parcels) at hello@thepurelayer.com. Please include your order number and photographs where applicable.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
