The PureLayer Mason Jar Sprouter Lid is a clean, reusable alternative to toothpicks and disposable methods. Designed to sit on jars, mugs, and everyday kitchen containers, it holds seeds, bulbs, and kitchen scraps securely while roots grow freely in water below — making regrowing avocado pits, spring onions, celery, and other scraps simple, stable, and mess-free.
The modular two-part design uses interchangeable nets, so you can swap between different plant types without replacing the whole system. Fits container openings from 57–85 mm, including wide-mouth mason jars, jam jars, mugs, and most everyday glasses.

1x flower-shaped outer attachment (PLA)
3x interchangeable nets (PETG):
Avocado — for large round seeds such as avocado pits; also suitable for onions and shallots.
Spring Onion — for spring onion bases and slender herb cuttings.
Kitchen Scrap — for celery bases and other leafy kitchen scraps.
Nets are supplied as a fixed set and are not individually selectable. All parts are designed for long-term reuse.
Colour
The outer attachment is printed in your choice of colour from the PureLayer signature palette. Nets are supplied in a fixed colour for consistent strength and performance. Minor colour variation may occur depending on material availability.
Orders & cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. No changes can be made once printing has begun.
International buyers may be responsible for local customs fees.
The PureLayer sprouter system is protected by an internationally registered design filed through WIPO under the Hague System, covering multiple jurisdictions.
